We anticipate that our website will be your resource for long term care and assisted living in the state of
Nevada. Our best efforts have been expended to help those who are searching for information on skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
in our state. Please use our website to learn about the many benefits of membership.
For more than thirty years the NHCA has been the main source of representation and advocacy for skilled nursing facilities and assisted living
communities in the state. We presently represent 37 facilities providing quality service to more than 4,600 residents. We provide education to our members and strive
to provide programs and services to assist them to deliver the highest quality of care to their residents.

The Advancing Excellence in America’s Nursing Homes campaign launched Phase II with new goals and a revamped website. To continue participating, all nursing facilities that joined the Campaign prior to October 21, 2009, need to re-enroll by updating their online profile. Facilities that re-enroll by January 31, 2010 will be designated as a Charter Member, a way to publicly demonstrate your active commitment to quality improvement. Please go to the new Web site and re-register today – click here. If you need help with registering, visit the “Contact Us” section of the Web site – click here. The Campaign set a goal of having 5,000 nursing facilities registered for Phase II in 90 days so please do not procrastinate. AHCA is a founding member of the Advancing Excellence coalition and currently serves on the Campaign’s Steering Committee and several allied Workgroups.
