Member Status
Facilities must be in active status to register as a member. Any facility in suspended status or is more than 90 days in arrears will register as a non-member.

Registration and Fees
Interested individuals may register using the form below.
Members will pay a $50 registration fee, payment can be made through credit card with our PayPal account or via the invoice method.
Any suspended or non-members will pay a registration fee of $100. Payments for suspended and non-members will be with a credit card at the time of registration.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation must be made 5 days prior to event date. All cancellations meeting the 5 day deadline will incur a $10 admin fee. Any cancellations after the 5 day window will not receive any refund.

Survey Insurance
NVHCA/NVCAL is offering full a refund Survey Insurance to all Members anyone receiving a survey 17-19 November.

CEU attendance certificates will be issued once all the following conditions are met:
– Completed on-line Survey form is submitted after the event
– Completed on-line Attestation form submitted after the event
– Payment received
