Complete the registration form below to reserve a table for the NVHCA/NVCAL Academy Summit 1 Training Session
Access will be focused on the 90 min lunch time meal (12:00), you may also see traffic during the 30 min AM (10:15) & PM (3:30) breaks.
Table fee will be $200 and consist of a Single 8 ft draped table with 2 Chairs. Company name & logo will be included in all marketing materials and posted to the NVHCA/NVCAL web site. Registration is limited to two representatives with each submission. Additional representative(s) will cost $50.00 per individual.
There are currently 10 exhibit tables available (we can obtain more if needed). Table selection will be based on order of registration received. Once there is a floor plan established, we will contact each vendor to make a selection, you will have 24 hours after being contacted to make the selection before we move on to the next vendor.
For those vendors not wanting to participate with an exhibit table, you can still support Our Summit by sponsoring either the Training Session or the Speaker. If you are interested you can visit our on-line SPONSORSHIP page for more information.
To receive a refund, cancellation must be received NLT close of business on 12 February 2020. All cancellations must be in writing, emails are acceptable. All refunds will include a $50 admin fee. There will be no refund after 12 February 2020.
