Complete the form below to register for the NVHCA/NVCAL Fall Convention Trade Show. Associated Member early booth selection will be begin the week of 6 July for Platinum Members, 13 July for Gold Members & 20 July for Silver Members. Non-Members may begin selecting booths on 27 July.
Attendees per Registration. The following outlines number of attendees per registration by Associate Member level. Platinum: Unlimited, Gold: 3 Attendees, Silver: 2 Attendees & Non-Member: 1 Registration (Note: returning registered non-member vendors will be allocated a second attendee at no cost). Additional attendees over the above allocation will be a fee of $100 per individual.
Credit Card. NVHCA has incorporated the capability to pay with a credit card at the time of your registration. We encourage this method to increase the overall efficiency of the registration process. To pay by credit card, you can submit your registration and then follow the instructions on the confirmation page. Make sure of your total before you submit your registration.
Check or Electronic Transfer. Invoices will be generated and emailed within 72 hours of registration. Registrations are not valid until full payment has been received. Registrations submitted using the check payment option are pending until payment is received. To avoid cancellation, payment must be received within 14 Calendar days from registration submission.
