About. This year’s Fall Convention Trade show will be conducted on 25 Sept at 12:00 Noon in conjunction with the lunch meal period. Booths will be up and configured by approximately 8 AM on the day off and could be ready the afternoon prior. Booths will consist of 8×8 area with pipe & drape back and side panels, table 2 chairs, waste can and company signage. Additional products will be available and can be coordinated through the Trade Show set up company. The Trade Show will be approximately 90-120 minutes in length, with various drawings and door prizes being given away during the event. As part of your registration cost, you are eligible to join us for any lectures and we will provide food & beverages throughout the day.
Registration. Vendor’s may register for the Fall Convention on-line at VENDOR REGISTRATION web link. You can pay at the time of registration with a credit card through the PayPal link or we can invoice you where you can pay via credit card or bank transfer. If wither of those methods are not your choice, then a check via USPS is always acceptable. We ask that all payments be received within 14 calendar days to avoid any book keeping confusion. Attendees per Registration. The following outlines number of attendees per registration by Associate Member level. Platinum: Unlimited, Gold: 3 Attendees, Silver: 2 Attendees & Non-Member: 1 Registration (Note: returning registered non-member vendors will be allocated a second attendee at no cost)
This year, you may select the exact booth on-line using the current floor plan diagram starting in segments based on Associate Member level following the schedule listed below. For all registrations that occur on the same day, the tie-breaker criteria will be registration time of email notification to NVHCA . Booth selection will become final when funding is received/verified in the allotted time frame. Any booth not paid in full within the stated time parameters will go back as an eligible booth. After 1 August all booth selections can be made during registration.
Platinum: 6 – 12 July
Gold: 13 – 19 July
Silver: 20 -26 July
Open Selection starting 27 July

To receive a refund, cancellation must be received NLT close of business on 31 July 2019. All cancellations must be in writing, emails are acceptable. All refunds will include a $200 admin fee, there will be no refunds after 1 August.
