Facility staff and other interested individuals may register at NVHCA Spring Expo (See Registration Button below). Early Bird registration cut-off is 18 March. All registrations after 2 April will be charged a late registration fee (Click here to see all registration fees). Group discounts for registering multiple members from same facility must be done on a single registration form. We ask that all payments be submitted within 14 days of invoice receipt. There is an offer of 15% discount for Early Bird registrations that also attend PDPM, see details below.

Hotel Reservations
Palace station is offering a discounted room rate for all of our members to be effective starting now until 18 March 2019. Use group code PCINVHC to obtain the discounted rate. Use the Hotel Reservation button below to book your rooms for our Spring Expo event.

Continued Education
NVHCA is working with the various boards to establish 7.5 continuing education credits for this year’s Spring Expo. Currently we are requesting credits from NAB, NV BELTCA, NV Nursing Board & NV Board Examiners for Social Workers.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, Conference re-registration rates will be at the time of registration. Hotel rooms reserved at the discounted group rate may also be cancelled or charged at the non-discounted rate.

Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing (email acceptable) and received NLT close-of-business 2 April 2019. All refunds will include a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations after 2 April or conference no-shows will not be eligible for any type of refund. Exception to cancellation, any facility experiencing a Survey visit after 1 April 2019 will receive a full refund.

Member Status
Facilities must be in active status to register as a member. Any facility in suspended status or is more than 90 days in arrears will register as a non-member.See below for scheduling details.

Vendor Registration

Available NLT 15 Jan 2019

Vendor’s may register for the Spring Expo using the registration button below. We prefer that you please pay at the time of registration, however if that is not an option we will arrange for your payment through a standard invoice system. This year there will be a 10 calendar day grace period to receive your registration fee. Fees may be paid by credit card or EFT through the invoice. You may elect to pay by check mailed to 2025 St Rose Parkway, Ste 202-C Henderson NV 89074.

Booth Selection
This year, you may select the exact booth on-line using the current floor plan diagram starting 1 Feb 2019. For all registrations that occur on the same day, the tie-breaker criteria will be registration time of email notification to NVHCA . Booth selection will become final when funding is received/verified in the allotted time frame. Any booth not paid in full within the stated time parameters will go back as an eligible booth. After 1 Feb all booth selections will be on a first-come basis and must meet all the payment requirements.

Refund Policy
To receive a refund, cancellation must be received NLT close of business on 18 March 2019. All cancellations must be in writing, emails are acceptable. All refunds will include a $150 admin fee. There will be no refund after 19 March except for Survey insurance for anyone receiving a survey between 1 through 11 April.

ATTENDEE REGISTER FOR SPRING EXPO

Early bird registration begins NLT 15 Dec 2018 and runs until 18 March 2019. Facility must be in good status with NVHCA/AHCA/PAC accounts before registering as a “Member”. Multiple registration discounts must be submitted on a single registration form.

PDPM 15% discount registration is available for all members that attend both PDPM and Spring Expo. Select the PDPM 15% button to register with the discounted rates. Remember these rates are only for those members that attend both sessions.

Cancellation must be received NLT 2 April 2019 in writing (email is acceptable). Cancellations will incur a $25 admin fee. Survey insurance of a full refund will be offered to anyone receiving a Survey visit after 1 April through 12 April 2019.

EXPO SCHEDULE

Spring Expo will consist of 7 CEU credits that will be approved by NAB, BELTCA, NV Nursing and NV Social Workers BESW. NVHCA has planned on conducting a duel track format, where lectures will be accomplished simultaneously – one more Leadership focused and one more Clinical. SPEAKERS & PRESENTATIONS

Come join us for NVHCA’s Spring Expo and earn 7.5 CEU credits with NAB, NV BELTCA, NV Nursing Board and NV Board of Examiners for Social Workers. Listen to speakers from both all across the country discuss issues and concerns that impact your every day operations. We will have a member from the national organizations American Health Care Association to speak to a state of the healthcare industry and other regulatory concerns. We brought on board two of the States representatives from the Aging and Disability Services Division to discuss subject matter related to the Ombudsman program. Once again we offer the opportunity to connect with a representative from the Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators as she discusses the intricacies of the survey process. We are providing a 60 minute block of Ethics from a lawyer and former COO/CEO of a Health Care corporation, as he speaks about the protocols associated with citations and their severity. All this and so much more can be attended during the very first Annual Spring Expo.

Registration starts 15 Dec 2018 for the Spring Expo to be hosted at the Palace Station in Las Vegas NV 10-11 April 2019. Non-member rates will be $1,500 for an exhibitor booth. We now have the ability for registrations to be paid at the time of entry by credit card.
