Trade Show Registration

Available 7 January through 10 April

Vendor’s may register for the Spring Expo using the registration form below. We prefer that you pay at the time of registration through PayPal with a credit card, however if that is not an option we will arrange for your payment through an invoice process. There will be a 10 calendar day grace period to receive your registration fee while the booth is placed on hold. Fees may be paid by credit card or EFT through the invoice. You may elect to pay by check mailed to 2025 St Rose Parkway, Ste 202-C Henderson NV 89074.

8:00 AM – Booth Set up
11:00 AM – Trade Show begins
12:00 – Trade Show with Lunch
1:30 PM – Trade Show Ends
2:00 PM – Booth break down begins
5 PM – Social Event begins

Booth Selection
This year, you may select the exact booth on-line using the CURRENT FLOOR PLAN diagram starting NLT 1 Feb. Any selection conflict will be resolved based on arrival date and time of registration. Booth selection will become final when funding is received/verified in the allotted time frame. Any booth not paid in full within the stated time parameters will go back as an eligible booth. Ensure that you fill in the booth selection at the time of registration to ensure that you get the booth of choice.

Refund Policy
To receive a refund, cancellation must be received NLT close of business on 30 March 2020. All cancellations must be in writing, emails are acceptable. All refunds will include a $150 admin fee. There will be no refund after 31 March 2020,

    Select the appropriate category of registration. All membership discounts are based on the Member renewing their membership prior to expiration.

  • Pipe & Drape back and side panels, 8x8 table, 2 chairs. There is an additional cost for other requirements. Please indicate if you have other requirements.
  • By selecting yes below, you are granting NVHCA the authorization to use your name and logo on any event related media or marketing materials
  • Please indicate any items not covered in registration form, unusual circumstances or amplifying remarks

    If you want to pay by credit card, ensure you know the amount of charges prior to submitting the registration. Select Pay Now button, and follow the instructions on the PayPal web site.
