Facility staff and other interested individuals may register at NVHCA/NVCAL Spring Expo 20 (See Registration Button below). Early Bird registration cut-off is 23 March 2020. (Click here to see all registration fees). Group discounts for registering multiple members from same facility must be done on a single registration form. We ask that all payments be submitted within 14 days of invoice receipt.
Palace station is offering a discounted room rate for all of our members to be effective starting now until 23 March 2020. Use group code PCINHCA to obtain the discounted rate. Use the Hotel Reservation button below to book your rooms for our Spring Expo event.
In the event of cancellation, Conference re-registration rates will be at the time of registration. Hotel rooms reserved at the discounted group rate may also be cancelled or charged at the non-discounted rate.
All cancellations must be in writing (email acceptable) and received NLT close-of-business 2 April 2020. All refunds will include a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations after 2 April or conference no-shows will not be eligible for any type of refund. Exception to cancellation, any facility experiencing a Survey visit from 12 through 17 April 2020, will receive a full refund.
Facilities must be in active status to register as a member. Any facility in suspended status or is more than 90 days in arrears will register as a non-member. Non-Members must pay at the time of registration, no invoicing will be offered.

Vendor’s may register for the Spring Expo using the registration button below. We prefer that you please pay at the time of registration, however if that is not an option we will arrange for your payment through an invoice process. This year there will be a 10 calendar day grace period to receive your registration fee. Fees may be paid by credit card or EFT through the invoice. You may elect to pay by check mailed to 2025 St Rose Parkway, Ste 202-C Henderson NV 89074.
Booth will consist of an area 8′ x 8′, 1x 6′ table, 2x chairs, Pipe & Drape back and side panels. Additional features are available at cost to the Vendor, Viper Trade Show will provide a media kit for further information, following the instruction inside the kit for requesting additional booth amenities.
This year, you may select the exact booth on-line using the current floor plan diagram starting NLT 1 Feb. For all registrations that occur on the same day, the tie-breaker criteria will be registration time of email notification to NVHCA . Booth selection will become final when funding is received/verified in the allotted time frame. Any booth not paid in full within the stated time parameters will go back as an eligible booth. After 17 February, all booth selections will be on a first-come basis and must meet all the payment requirements. Here is the Associate Membership Booth Selection Schedule: Platinum 1 – 5 Feb, Gold 6 – 10 Feb, Silver 11 – 15 Feb & All others starting on 17 Feb.
To receive a refund, cancellation must be received NLT close of business on 30 March 2020. All cancellations must be in writing, emails are acceptable. All refunds will include a $150 admin fee. There will be no refund after 31 March 2020,

Spring Expo will consist of xx CEU credits that will be approved by NAB, BELTCA, NV Nursing and NV Social Workers BESW. NVHCA has planned on conducting a duel track format, where lectures will be accomplished simultaneously. All lectures will be dual certified for either Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing attendees.

Credit Card. NVHCA has incorporated the capability to pay with a credit card at the time of your registration. We encourage this method to increase the overall efficiency of the registration process. To pay by credit card, you can submit your registration and then follow the instructions on the confirmation page.
Check or Electronic Transfer. Invoices will be generated and emailed within 72 hours of registration. Registrations are not valid until full payment has been received. Registrations submitted using the check payment option are pending until payment is received. To avoid cancellation, payment must be received within 10 days of registration invoice date.
