Hello my name is Reynold Landry and I am the owner of Advanced Dietary Consulting Service out of Kaplan, La. I specialize in culture change, dietary compliance and restaurant style dining techniques that elevate resident satisfaction in long term care homes, short term care hospitals and assisted living facilities.
With over 30 years of restaurant, hospital, and long-term home experience, you can be assured that my skill set and presentations will enlighten those who would like to take the step for culture change that may not necessarily know how.

My overall goal is to train and support staff in the preparation of nutritional and therapeutic meals while creating a true restaurant-style experience and culture. I maintain a daily commitment to surpass the nutritional expectations of every resident and allow them to thrive and flourish. Executing high nutritional standards and even higher resident fulfillment is my passion and calling.
I have earned over 100 culinary competitive medals in Louisiana and Mississippi, my career has spanned more than 30 years in the food service industry. I oversee 20 facilities across Louisiana and Arkansas and manage a yearly fiscal budget of over $5 million dollars. Along with my nutritional consultation, I provide state compliance and survey readiness, advance budgeting and inventory strategies, center of the plate design concepts, comprehensive charting solutions, and restaurant-style culture change.
