REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration:
- Non-members: Payment is required in full at the time of registration for non-members. NVHCA will not process any non-member registrations without full payment.
- Members: Payment may be made by check or online using American Express, Visa, or MasterCard upon registration. Members in good standing may also request an invoice for payment.

TRADE SHOW ATTENDANCE POLICY
Trade Show Registrations are intended exclusively for employees or representatives of the exhibiting company that purchased a booth at the event. Each exhibiting company is limited to seven (7) Business Partner registrations per booth, and all registrations are subject to verification of employment or affiliation with the exhibiting company.
Individuals employed by, contracted with, or affiliated with an assisted living facility, skilled nursing facility, or other provider organization may not register under a Business Partner ticket, regardless of membership status with the Nevada Health Care Association/Nevada Center for Assisted Living.
Trade Show registrations provide access to the trade show only and do not include admission to educational sessions or other attendee-exclusive conference activities. Trade show attendees who wish to participate in educational sessions or access full convention programming may do so by purchasing a separate convention attendee registration at the applicable rate.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Cancellations received 30 days or more before the convention start date (August 10, 2026) are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations received within 15 days of the convention start date (after August 25, 2026) are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made after August 25, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
Important Notice: A full refund will only be granted in the event of a verifiable facility survey conducted by the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health occurring on the same day as the event.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: info@nvhca.org. Refunds will be issued by NVHCA via check and mailed to the requestor’s address.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If you are unable to attend, you may request to substitute another person in your place. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to info@nvhca.org by September 4, 2026.
TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and lodging. While NVHCA may provide recommendations, we are not responsible for any bookings or cancellations. For changes or cancellations to accommodations at Palace Station Hotel and Casino, please contact the hotel directly.
PHOTO RELEASE
By attending the convention, you grant permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for marketing or archival purposes. NVHCA reserves the right to use these materials without additional notice or compensation.
