This session will cover the key elements of an effective fall prevention and management program. Learn about resources to evaluate their current programs and identify opportunities for improvement. Using a case study, participants will explore how to align the identified root cause of a fall with potential interventions to reduce the risk of future falls more successfully. The training will also cover guidelines for managing recurrent falls.
